• Provide an accurate name, contact number and delivery address so we can process and deliver your order.
• Check the product, selected size, quantity and total before submitting your order.
• An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request. Fulfilment remains subject to stock availability and order verification.
• If a product is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you. We will not substitute another product without your agreement. Any payment collected for an unfulfilled item will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Review the checkout total, including delivery charges, applicable taxes and discounts, before confirming your order.

Use one of the payment methods available at checkout. Where Cash on Delivery is offered and selected, the confirmed payable amount is due when the order is delivered.

If we identify an incorrect price before fulfilment, we will explain the correction and ask whether you wish to proceed. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

Delivery availability and charges depend on the address and the options shown at checkout. Any delivery estimate we provide is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Courier disruptions, weather or address verification may cause delays. If your delivery is delayed or missing, contact us with your order reference so we can investigate and explain the available resolution.

Please check the parcel and the items received. Report missing, incorrect or visibly damaged items as soon as reasonably possible and retain the packaging where practical.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an address, change an item or cancel an order. Whether we can make the change depends on the order’s processing and dispatch status.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, we will explain the available options and any applicable costs before asking you to proceed. Your statutory cancellation or refund rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.

If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, is missing or appears defective, contact ROKPAR with your order reference and a description of the issue. Clear photographs can help us assess the problem, but an unboxing video is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

We will assess the issue and explain the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy under applicable law. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

For change-of-mind requests, eligibility depends on the product’s condition, hygiene considerations and any return terms disclosed before purchase. Opening a product does not automatically remove your rights if it is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

When a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing time. Payment-provider processing times may vary. Any mandatory legal deadlines continue to apply.

Review the ingredients, directions, warnings and storage instructions supplied with each product. Product photographs are for identification; screen settings may affect the appearance of colours. The item supplied must match its description.

For combo products, check the listed items, sizes and quantities before ordering. The same product may appear in more than one website collection; appearing in multiple collections does not add extra items to your order.

Changes to future offers do not alter a discount already accepted as part of a confirmed order.

ROKPAR’s branding, original photographs and written content belong to ROKPAR or their respective rights holders. Uses requiring permission must be authorised by the relevant rights holder; rights allowed by law are unaffected.

These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Bangladesh, including applicable consumer protection requirements. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal protection, that protection takes precedence.

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms presented when your order was placed will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.
